Mr. Huang possesses a unique blend of municipal finance and not-for-profit healthcare experience gained over the past two decades. He most recently served as director and municipal credit strategist for Wells Fargo Securities LLC, a role he held for nine years. In prior roles, Mr. Huang helped transact approximately $2.5 billion in insured healthcare bond deals and managed insured healthcare bond portfolios with an aggregate exposure of nearly $39 billion, including roughly $1.5 billion in distressed assets. His work with healthcare organizations includes both acute care and long-term care organizations. Mr. Huang was individually ranked by Smith’s Research and Gradings each year since 2012, receiving Municipal All-Star First Team and Second Team hospital analyst honors. Mr. Huang previously held roles at Assured Guaranty, Radian Asset Assurance, Inc., Mizuho Corporate Bank, and Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, the Municipal Analyst Group of New York, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, part of the American Hospital Association.
