Joachim Schlösser holds a Dipl.-Kaufmann diploma in business administration (University of Cologne) and worked for Bertelsmann Corporation for several years before joining the Matuschka Group in the late 80s where he was Managing director of the buy-out business unit. In the early 90s Mr. Schlösser became Managing Director and Partner of Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance GmbH in Frankfurt. In 1997, he co-founded Hübner Schlösser & Cie. Mr. Schlösser has focused his entire professional career on company transactions, as M&A advisor as well as principal investor.
