Bio

Jan Cotta studied business administration and holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt degree. Before joining Hübner Schlösser & Cie in 2016, he served for 6 years as a Partner at Mummert & Company Corporate Finance, Munich (now Raymond James). From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Cotta worked as a Partner for Continental Capital Partners (CCP), London. Before that, he was a Partner at Milestone Capital, London, and in the 1990ies, he held management positions at Schroders (now Citigroup) und BZW Barclays de Zoete Wedd (now Credit Suisse) in London and Frankfurt. Mr. Cotta started his career with the Matuschka Group in Munich. Mr. Cotta has focused his entire professional career on M&A transactions and capital placements in Germany and internationally. He is exceptionally experienced in assessing and marketing a large variety of business models in differing and dynamic entrepreneurial environments.
