Ms. Zhang Nasha, Chinese nationality, no permanent overseas residence, born in December 1969, master's degree. Ms. Zhang Nasha has served as deputy director and party committee member of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, member of the Standing Committee of the Longhua District Committee of Shenzhen, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Government, and executive deputy district mayor. She joined the company in February 2021 and is currently the company's party committee secretary and chairman. She also serves as chairman of Penghua Fund Management Co., Ltd., vice chairman of the China Securities Association, chairman of the Compliance Management and Integrity Committee, chairman of the Shenzhen Securities Association, chairman of the Policy Advisory Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, member director of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and chairman of the Appeal Review Committee. She has served as the company's chairman since April 2021.
