Mr. Yao Fei was the deputy general manager and party committee member of PetroChina Asset Management Co., Ltd., and concurrently served as vice president of Kunlun Trust Co., Ltd., chairman of Haitong Kunlun Equity Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and supervisor of Heilongjiang Longmei Mining Group Co., Ltd.; currently serves as a member of the party committee and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.; concurrently serves as chairman, general manager, and party branch secretary of Shenzhen Asset Management Co., Ltd., chairman of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Capital Co., Ltd., director of Shenzhen Guarantee Group Co., Ltd., director of Shenzhen Eternal Asia Supply Chain Co., Ltd., and director of China Resources Shenzhen International Trust Co., Ltd.
