Mr. Deng Ke, Chinese nationality, no permanent overseas residence, born in September 1968, master's degree. Mr. Deng Ke has served as deputy director, director, spokesperson of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and deputy director of the Listed Company Supervision Department. He joined the company in May 2020 and is currently the company's director and president. He also serves as chairman of Guosen Futures Co., Ltd., chairman of the Risk Management Committee of the China Securities Association, chairman of the Third M&A Financing Committee of the China Listed Companies Association, chairman of the Bond Development Committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and vice chairman of the Stock Issuance Standardization Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He has served as a director of the company since June 2020.
