Bio

Ben came to GulfStar Group in 2012 from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked as a senior associate in the private client service assurance and due diligence practices. While at PwC, Ben performed financial due diligence for corporate and private equity-backed acquisitions of public carve-outs and privately held clients. His audit experience focused on privately held and small cap public clients. Ben earned a Master of Science degree with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Ben is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
