Dr. Martin Grün is an experienced M&A professional with a track record of leading numerous international transactions totaling over EUR 2.5 billion in value. His expertise covers a diverse range of areas such as inorganic growth strategy, transaction advisory, capital raising, and Post Merger Integration. Dr. Grün leverages his experience across various business and product areas to link the technical, financial, and business needs of corporate transactions, maximizing deal value for his clients. Dr. Grün holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Vienna, Austria and Lyon, France, as well as a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Prior to founding Gruen Advisors, he spent over 10 years as Head of M&A, VP of M&A, and Head of Strategic Marketing Planning for a STOXX Global and a DAX 30 company. Dr. Grün is also an accomplished author, having written books and academic articles on economic and financial issues
