Twenty plus years’ experience as an investment banker to middle market companies. Has raised capital in public offerings and private placements, represented buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, valued businesses and their securities and rendered other financial advice for many clients. Currently Managing Partner at Mufson Howe Hunter & Company LLC, a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm where he directs the firm’s activities with emerging-growth and middle-market companies. Prior to founding MHH served as Managing Director for Commerce Capital Markets and as Managing Director of the Business and Information Technology Services group at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Began career as a commercial banker at Mellon Bank, N.A. Received a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University.
