Kenneth Ero is a consummate Investment Banker with 20 years’ experience spanning different industries having worked as support services provider, member, lead and chief orchestrator on several major transactions across the public and private sectors and on niche spheres, such as, debt and equity financing, capital structuring and restructuring, equity finance, bonds, mergers, acquisitions, divestments as well as financial advisory and syndication. He has been and remains an important protagonist in several local and foreign oriented landmark transactions in the Nigerian Capital Markets and Investment Banking space in the last 12 to 15 years. Prior to joining the Greenwich Group as a trainee analyst in 2006, Ken was with Chartered Petroleum Services Limited, Delta State, Nigeria as Field/Community Liaison Officer and later moved to Dero Technical Limited, Warri, Delta State as Project Manager, lending his expertise to the service of SPDC on some of the oil giant’s prized assets and investments in the region. Ken has attended numerous professional and management development programmes both within and outside the country.
