Peter Frankfort is a Managing Director of Greenwich Capital Group and a career investment banker. For more than 20 years, he has advised on the strategy, negotiation and execution of sale, divestiture, merger, acquisition, capital raise, joint venture and recapitalization transactions. Peter leads GCG’s Aerospace and Defense industry practice and has advised clients of all sizes across nearly all aspects of the supply chain. He also leads GCG’s broader Industrials and Manufacturing practice with a specific focus on other markets which are similarly hallmarked by highly engineered products and systems, specialty materials, advanced technologies, mission-critical applications, stringent quality requirements and high precision manufacturing. These sectors have included medical equipment, satellite communications, semiconductors, electronics, robotics and automation, among others. Peter joined GCG after approximately 15 years with Deloitte Corporate Finance, where he served as a leader of the Aerospace and Defense and Industrials practices and was based in the firm’s Detroit, New York and Los Angeles offices.
