Jeremy Somers is a Director at Greenwich Capital Group with 17 years of investment banking experience. Jeremy focuses on sell-side and buy-side Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raise transactions including full company acquisitions, majority and minority recapitalizations, and debt refinancings. He has worked extensively with clients in the business services, consumer products, energy, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Most recently, Jeremy worked as a Director with investment banking firm Angle Advisors. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President in Wells Fargo Securities’ Energy & Power investment banking group. He has also held investment banking positions with Deloitte Corporate Finance/McColl Partners, UBS Investment Bank, and SG Cowen Securities.
