Christopher Lewis is a Managing Director and a career Investment Banker. As a Managing Director, Chris advises business owners and senior executives on the most important strategic and financial decisions facing their companies. Specifically, Chris is responsible for advising and executing Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic partnerships, as well as advising on capital structure initiatives such as recapitalizations and debt raises. Prior to joining Greenwich Capital Group, Chris worked in Investment Banking for ABN AMRO, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and Citigroup within industrials sector coverage. In these roles, Chris advised C-Suite executives across the Fortune 500 on a number of strategic concerns including but not limited to M&A, Structured Finance, and Capital Markets. Chris began his career at GE Capital, working in leveraged finance, assisting Financial Sponsors in the acquisition of middle market companies. Although Chris has been based out of New York for over eight years, he is happy to continue his career in his hometown of Nashville, TN, where he leads Greenwich Capital Group’s expansion into the Southeast.
