Bio

Scott founded Greenstone Partners in 2003. He has over 25 years experience in the investment banking industry in Australia and the USA. Prior to founding Greenstone Partners, Scott was a Director of Credit Suisse’s investment banking department in Sydney and had investment banking account coverage and transaction execution responsibilities for a range of Australasian industrial companies. Scott has advised on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions with a total value in excess of $25 billion. Scott was previously an Associate in Chase Manhattan Bank’s Aerospace Group in New York from 1990 to 1994. Scott has a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Honours) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has a MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester, New York.
