David Goldfinger Bio

David Goldfinger is a Senior Managing Director of GreensLedge where he is responsible for the arranging of broadly syndicated and middle market CLO and CDO transactions. Before joining GreensLedge, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the Global Structured Credit business. David began his career in 2002 at J.P. Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group, where he closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, ABS, MBS, and CDOs. He specialized in balance sheet and arbitrage securitizations of middle-market loans and was responsible for specialty finance issuer client coverage. David has extensive experience with all facets of structuring and executing CDO transactions, including issuer and investor client management, modeling and analysis, legal documentation, and rating agency negotiation. David holds a BA degree in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University. Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.
