Bio

Mr. Brownstein joined Greenhill in 2020. He principally advises clients in financing advisory and restructuring. Prior to joining Greenhill, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Armory Securities. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group of Rothschild. Previously, Jonathan also held senior positions in the restructuring and special situations groups of Oppenheimer, Piper Jaffray and CIBC World Markets. Jonathan began his investment banking career in CIBC World Markets’ High Yield and Leverage Finance Group based both in New York and London. Jonathan holds a JD from the Syracuse University College of Law and a BA from Bucknell University.
