Mr. Jackson joined Greenhill in 2009. Prior to joining Greenhill, Doug was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers where he was head of the Special Committee Client Solutions Team and spent 9 years in the Global M&A Group focusing primarily on the Industrial sector. Prior to that, Doug spent 3 years in the M&A Group at Bank of America. He began his career as a corporate and securities attorney, most recently at Jenner & Block in Chicago. Doug holds a JD from the School of Law at Duke University and a BA from Brown University.
