Bio

Mr. Bhandari joined Greenhill in 2019. He principally advises clients in financing advisory and restructuring. Prior to joining Greenhill, Chetan was a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group at Lazard. Prior to that, he served as a senior executive at Toys “R” Us, where he was recruited to play a central role in its global restructuring process. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Goldman Sachs, a Managing Director in the Restructuring Group at UBS and a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Chetan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Brown University.
