Timothy Douek is a Managing Director within Grant Thornton’s Transaction Advisory practice. He provides a range of transaction diligence services with a specific focus on the design and deployment of profitable, sustainable strategies for organizations looking to optimize their operating models through organic and inorganic growth. Tim has over 20 years of experience at various global management and strategy consulting firms in the UK, US and Canada, during which he has managed dozens of Advisory engagements across a host of corporate functions and industries including the energy, automotive, life sciences, manufacturing and banking sectors. Areas of expertise: corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, sales, marketing, branding, customer and employee experience/engagement, operational performance excellence, CIS, CRM and VoC systems, organizational design, and post-merger integration.
