Andrew Hinz Bio

Andy Hinz, Managing Director, has more than 15 years of investment banking experience and specializes in a variety of sectors including adhesives and sealants, paints & coatings, resins and intermediates, construction chemicals, inks, petrochemicals, specialty ingredients and nutraceuticals, distribution, and the plastics value chain. Andy is a regulator contributor to industry publications such as Coatings World, Plastics News, and Adhesives & Sealants Industry (ASI) Magazine, including his column “M&A Corner” in ASI, and has had numerous speaking engagements in the coatings and adhesives industry. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Andy was an Equity Research Analyst with Robert W. Baird & Co. Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
