Andrew Hinz, Managing Director, joined Grace Matthews in 2007 and specializes in buy- and sell-side transactions and leveraged finance. Andy has experience as a project lead in a variety of chemical sectors including adhesives and sealants, building products, paints and coatings, petrochemicals, inks, imaging/printing materials, plastic additives, and metals. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Andy was an Equity Research Analyst with Robert W. Baird & Co. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At Baird, Andy provided investment recommendations to support institutional equity investors. Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and received a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in Accounting and Finance. Andy received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as the first Grace Matthews Scholar. In 2017, Andy was awarded the prestigious national M&A Advisor Emerging Leader Award for his contributions to the investment banking industry.
