Brandon is a Partner of GP Bullhound and leads our Enterprise Software practice. With 15 years of technology investment banking experience, Brandon expands GP Bullhound’s Software coverage leadership across a variety of subsectors and brings a deep technical understanding of Gen AI, the Software market, and emerging technologies that are transforming the tech landscape. Brandon joined GP Bullhound from BofA Securities’ technology investment banking team focused exclusively on Software. During his tenure, he led BofA’s emerging growth Gen AI Software coverage, advising AI-native and AI-powered Software companies on strategic M&A, private placements, IPOs, and other capital market transactions. Brandon has previously held similar roles with GP Bullhound, Capstone Partners, and Houlihan Lokey. He earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar.
