Alessandro is a Managing Director at GP Bullhound, focusing on the digital media, internet and software sectors. Prior to joining GP Bullhound, Alessandro was at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working on a number of M&A and financing transactions in the consumer, retail and technology sectors. He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance (Hons) from Bocconi University in Milan.
