Bio

Alec is head of GP Bullhound's San Francisco office. With over fifteen years of technology investment banking experience, Alec has executed over 50 transactions for emerging growth companies in the U.S. and abroad, raising over $10 billion in capital and advising on over $3 billion in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining GP Bullhound in 2008, Alec was an Executive Director at UBS in the Global Technology Investment Banking group where he focused primarily on the Internet and Digital Media sectors. Prior to joining UBS in 2001, Alec worked at Volpe Brown Whelan & Company in San Francisco where he focused on Internet, Communications and Software-related technology companies. Alec is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
