Co-head of global software investment banking and is responsible for advising a broad range of software companies on various transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, high yield and investment grade financings, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, raid defense, recapitalizations, spin-offs, divestitures and corporate restructurings. I also served as business unit manager of the TMT Group from 2009 to 2010.
