Seasoned finance and accounting professional with over a decade of investment banking experience. Currently manages client relationships across the Enterprise Software and Consumer Technology sectors. Origination and deal execution experience including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and leveraged recapitalizations. Prior experience includes Goldman Sachs in the equities division and Deloitte as a senior accountant where he obtained his CPA license. MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
