Matthias Volk is a Director at goetzpartners in Munich and part of its Energy & Infrastructure Team. He has been working in M&A for over nine years and has advised numerous clients on buy- and sell-side, cross-border and carve-out transactions mainly in the Energy, Healthcare, and TMT sectors. Before joining goetzpartners, Matthias Volk started his professional career at Duff & Phelps, where he worked for four years. He gained further experience in companies such as Rothschild & Co and BNP Paribas. Matthias Volk holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Ulm University.
