Martina Ecker is a Managing Director in the Frankfurt office of goetzpartners. She has been working in M&A for more than 25 years and has a strong expertise in advising technology companies as well as private equity firms. Dr. Martina Ecker has a particular focus on companies in the Industrial Technology and Green Energy sectors. Before joining goetzpartners, she worked for Lincoln International as Managing Director and Head of Technology & Renewables. During her tenure of 9 years at Lincoln International she successfully developed Lincoln’s mid-market M&A practice for industrial technology in D-A-CH and Benelux. Prior to that, she spent 5 years at Jefferies International Limited as Managing Director and 9 years as Partner at KPMG Corporate Finance. Dr. Martina Ecker holds a Master in Social and Economic Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where she also received her PhD in Business Administration.
