He is a founding partner and sole director of Gobbi & Associati SpA. He has extensive experience in negotiations, valuations, design and structuring of both national and international extraordinary transactions. He has advised a large number of clients on the acquisition or sale of companies in Italy and abroad, raising equity and/or debt capital and creating joint ventures or strategic alliances. He worked for twenty-five years as a professional accountant, auditor and court consultant, gaining consolidated experience in consultancy activities aimed mainly at SMEs. Since 2003 he has been dedicated exclusively to M&A advisory activities.
