In Gobbi & Associati since 2009, he has participated in numerous domestic and cross-border M&A operations in various sectors including food & beverage; beverage, collective catering, tertiary, automotive, banking, plastics, real estate, industrial machinery. Responsible for research, market analysis and marketing activities, over the years he has consolidated his experience in project development, from the analysis and processing of functional documentation for negotiations to the organization and coordination of due diligence activities. He also provides operational support to the contractual phase and the definition of all the obligations necessary for the successful conclusion of operations.
