Dominic Lee Bio

Dominic Lee is the Chief Executive of Gleacher Shacklock. Dominic specialises in mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial advice and has advised across a range of different industries and transaction types. His corporate clients have included Anglo American, BAE Systems, British Airways, British American Tobacco, Cadbury Schweppes, Charter, Colgate-Palmolive, Dixons, Federated Department Stores, GKN, HellermannTyton, Hochschild Mining, IMI, Just Eat Takeaway, Kier Group, Lonmin, McCarthy & Stone, Morgan Advanced Materials, Premier Foods, RWS, J Sainsbury, Sara Lee, Smiths Group, Unilever and Weir. In addition, Dominic has worked with a wide range of financial sponsors and private companies. Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock in 2016, Dominic worked for sixteen years at Goldman Sachs in Europe and the United States, before which he worked at Schroders. Dominic has an MA in Law from Cambridge University.
