Tim founded Gleacher Shacklock in 2003. He was formerly Deputy Chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, with overall responsibility for the firm’s corporate finance business around the world. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions and strategic financial advice and has advised on a number of Europe’s most prominent corporate finance transactions. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a Partner in Pannell Kerr Forster in London prior to joining Kleinwort Benson, the predecessor firm to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, in 1988.
