James joined Gleacher Shacklock in 2003 having previously worked for Lazard in its M&A group and Morgan Stanley in its Global Industrial Group. James has provided mergers & acquisitions and strategic advice to a wide range of clients in sectors including aerospace & defence, industrial, building materials, chemicals and mining. James received an MA from Oriel College, Oxford.
