Mr. Kearns was appointed the Company's Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Executive Officer in May, 2013. He also serves as a Managing Director of BRG Capstone, a division of Berkeley Research Group (“BRG”), a leading global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm. Prior to BRG Capstone, Mr. Kearns was Executive Director and a member of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC ("Capstone"), a restructuring and transaction advisory firm, since 2004. Prior to co-founding Capstone, Mr. Kearns was a Senior Managing Director at the Policano & Manzo legacy practice of FTI Consulting and a predecessor firm from 1991 to 2004. Mr Kearns is an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company.
