Martha Chan Bio

Martha Chan is the Chief Financial Officer for GLC. Ms. Chan joined the firm in 2007 as its Vice President Finance/Controller. Prior to joining GLC, she was Corporate Controller at H&Q Asia Pacific, Director of Finance & Operations for Partech International, and Director of Finance, Greater China and International Tax Manager for Rational Software. She was also a Director/Senior Tax Manager at KPMG, LLP. Ms. Chan oversees GLC’s financial reporting, accounting and tax matters, and she is also responsible for firm-wide finance and compliance functions. Ms. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
