John Hill Bio

John Hill is a Director at GLC Advisors. He joined the firm in 2022 and is based in Los Angeles. In his 8+ years of experience working as an investment banker, Mr. Hill has been involved with a variety of transactions across multiple industries, including mergers & acquisitions, financings, exchange offers, and restructurings. Prior to joining GLC, Mr. Hill was a Director with Ducera Partners and helped open its Los Angeles office. Previously he worked at Houlihan Lokey in its Financial Restructuring Group. Mr. Hill holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where he graduated summa cum laude. He has completed the following FINRA Administrated Qualifications Examinations: Series 63 and 79.
