Jeff Raithel Bio

Jeff Raithel is a Managing Director at GLC Advisors. He joined the firm in 2022 and is based in Los Angeles. In his nearly 20 years of experience working as an investment banker and credit investor, Mr. Raithel has been involved with a variety of transactions across multiple disciplines, including mergers & acquisitions, financings, exchange offers, and restructurings. Prior to joining GLC, Mr. Raithel was a Managing Director with Ducera Partners and opened its Los Angeles office. Previously he worked at Houlihan Lokey and JMB Capital Partners. Mr. Raithel holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He has completed the following FINRA Administrated Qualifications Examinations (Series 7, 63, 24).
