Mr. Cramer brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies, founders, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors in the technology, media and entertainment sectors on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and debt and equity financings. Mr. Cramer’s expertise includes media and entertainment, casino gaming, convenience and route-based gaming, B2B and B2C igaming and online sports betting, and gaming and hospitality software, services and financial technology. Prior to joining GLC, Mr. Cramer was a Managing Director in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Houlihan Lokey, where he led the casino gaming practice. Previously, Mr. Cramer was a Managing Director at Imperial Capital where he covered the gaming, leisure and entertainment sectors. Mr. Cramer’ s prior experience includes investment banking roles at DLJ, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Cramer holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and BA with distinction from Stanford University.
