Adam Kelly-Penso is a Vice President at GLC with over seven years of experience across restructuring and leveraged finance. Mr. Kelly-Penso has advised debtors and creditors on chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A and financing transactions. Mr. Kelly-Penso has experience spanning healthcare, natural resources, media, retail and consumer staples, amongst other sectors. Recent transactions include Alpha Media, Carestream Health, Dean Foods, Healogics, JC Penney, Red Rock Biofuels and Stimwave Technologies. Mr. Kelly-Penso joined GLC as an Associate in 2019. Prior to GLC, he was a Credit Analyst at Morgan Stanley focusing on leveraged underwriting in corporate healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Mr. Kelly-Penso holds a BA in Mathematics from Columbia University. He has completed the Series 79 and 63 FINRA-administered qualification examinations.
