With a professional career spanning more than two decades, Adam Fiedor has collaborated with entrepreneurs and management teams of numerous middle-market companies, guiding them through the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising. Adam has consistently showcased a proven ability to generate substantial value for all parties involved. His adeptness in strategically aligning client objectives during transactions has been instrumental in yielding exceptional financial and business outcomes. Prior to joining GLC, Adam was a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, where he spearheaded KPMG’s US fairness opinion practice and focused on M&A for middle-market companies. Preceding this, he served as a Partner of St. Charles Capital, LLC (acquired by KPMG in 2014), a leading boutique investment banking firm. Adam actively contributes to various organizations, serving as a board member of the Young American Center for Financial Education, an organization committed to developing the financial literacy of young people with real-life experience and hands-on education. Additionally, Adam serves as a board member of SkyView Academy, a charter school committed to preparing students to be life-long learners and honorable leaders of tomorrow. He is also an advisory board member of the Reiman School of Finance at the University of Denver. Mr. Fiedor holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSBA from the University of Denver.
