Hubert Chevrinais Bio

Hubert Chevrinais has more than twenty years of experience in M&A, IPO, and financing with corporate entities and investment banks. He heads up Gimar & Co’s technology, media, telecommunications, defense, aerospace and business services sectors. From 2008 to 2014, he managed a number of cross-border M&A transactions as Head of Corporate Finance for STMicroelectronics. From 2006 to 2008, he was a Partner at Close Brothers in Paris. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banker for UBS, in Paris between 2000 and 2006 initiating and managing corporate advisory assignments, and in London between 1995 and 2000 as Head of Equity Capital Markets for France. Hubert graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris. Primary areas of expertise: Technology, Telecoms, Defense, Aerospace, B2B.
