Chris Gain Bio

Mr. Gain is a Managing Director at Generational. Chris Gain assists clients in the marketing and sale of their businesses. He has over 12 years of mergers and acquisitions experience working with middle-market clients in all aspects of the transaction process including evaluation, marketing and deal execution. Prior to joining Generational, Chris worked as a stockbroker for a leading investment and brokerage firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University where he is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Additionally, he is an M&A Advisor 40 under 40 award winner for achievement as a dealmaker in the M&A, financing and restructuring Industry.
