Alex Mironov Bio

As a Managing Director in the Southeast U.S. region, Alex works directly with private middle-market business owners in developing and implementing exit strategies. Alex’s responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, as well as managing the marketing and due diligence processes to facilitate deal closings. Prior to his current role, Alex worked in private wealth management, with a focus on retirement planning. He holds his FINRA Series 7 as a licensed broker, and enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals. Alex’s experience gives him a strong understanding of financial instruments, as well as insight on the regulatory environment of the financial marketplace.
