Mr. Buchoz Works directly with business owners that are planning for the potential sale of their business. He is responsible for the review and initial analysis, selection and recommendation of the companies which will be selected to enter the M&A process with Generational Equity. Prior to joining Generational Equity Mr. Buchoz owned and operated two companies and knows both the challenges and rewards of business ownership. He has also held Senior Executive positions with Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton. Mr. Buchoz truly understands the needs and requirements of both buyers and sellers. He has the insight and knowledge to assist business owners in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their business. Mr. Buchoz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
