Bio

Luan serves as Managing Director in the Central US Region. In his role, Luan serves in a sell-side capacity by providing value-added advice and exit planning strategies to privately-held companies in the low to mid-market space. He has been instrumental to the preparation, marketing, negotiations, and due diligence process of successful deal closings while training other dealmakers and valuation team members. Luan was also a recipient of the 40 Under 40 – 9th Annual Emerging Leaders Award issued by The M&A Advisor. Prior to joining Generational Equity, Luan was a licensed senior stock broker at an investment brokerage firm, and has developed a strong understanding of the various financial instruments as well as regulatory rules of the financial market. Luan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
