For over two decades, Lori Galloway has helped business owners prepare for their succession. She has been involved in all facets of mergers and acquisitions for the middle-market. In her capacity as Managing Director for Generational Equity, Ms. Galloway guides clients through the marketing process to find the right buyer for their business. She develops marketing documents, identifies target buyer groups, manages marketing campaigns, negotiates letters of intent, and facilitates the due diligence process. Ms. Galloway has participated in over 150 completed transactions in her capacity as M&A professional, team manager, and analyst in her tenure with two nationally recognized merger and acquisition firms. She has been involved in the valuation and sale of all types of manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. A sampling of recent industry experience includes commercial plumbing, HVAC, revenue cycle management, training and education, therapy services, testing, and durable medical equipment. Ms. Galloway earned her degree in Business Administration and Economics from Point Loma College in San Diego, California. She holds a Series 79 investment banking representative license and a Series 63 state securities license.
