As a managing director with Generational Equity, Frank assists private company owners, including founders, family offices and private equity firms, in the sale of their businesses. He began his career as a financial analyst with the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan and subsequently worked as a senior management consultant in the Detroit office of Deloitte & Touche. Starting on Wall Street with the Salomon Brothers investment banking team, for 10 years Frank was a partner with the technology investment banking firm of Needham & Company where he assisted communications technology companies with M&A transactions as well as public and private equity financings. Frank has worked with emerging technology and life sciences companies throughout his career. In addition to his investment banking activities, Frank founded and led a successful venture advisory firm providing equity financing and other financial advisory services to technology clients, including Internet services, pharmaceutical/drug delivery and healthcare information technology (HCIS) companies Frank has a bachelor’s degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience and of the Economic Club of New York. His sports include tennis and rowing where he has competed in the Schuylkill, Charles and Anacostia regattas in recent years. He lives in New York City.
