Mr. Weinberg is a Principal and Managing Director of GenCap Solutions and Energy Capital Solutions. Mr. Weinberg has over 16 years of investment banking experience with major investment banking firms including RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels and Thomson McKinnon. He has focused most of his career in covering primarily exploration and production companies as well as other energy-related companies. Mr. Weinberg has worked on a wide variety of transactions including over 30 M&A transactions, 25 public equity transactions, 20 public and private debt transactions, 44 private placements, and various strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Weinberg received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
