Reidan A. Cruz is a Managing Director at GCA and a member of the Private Funds Group. Reidan brings over 20 years of institutional capital markets experience focused on advising institutional investors on alternative investments and capital raising strategies. During his career, Reidan has been involved in numerous successful capital raising efforts for a diverse set of alternative investment strategies including buyout, venture capital, credit, restructuring/turnaround, growth capital, real assets, secondaries, multi-manager, and hedge funds. Prior to GCA, Reidan was a Managing Director in the Investment Solutions division of The Carlyle Group, a global alternative asset manager. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Cruz was a Director of Investor Relations and Sales at KRG Capital, a middle market buyout firm. Previously, Reidan was a Partner at Probitas Partners, a global alternative investments placement agent and solutions provider where he worked for over a decade. Prior to Probitas, he spent eight years at Merrill Lynch in its Private Equity Fundraising Group. Reidan began his career at JP Morgan in its Emerging Markets Operations and Technology Group. He earned his BBA from Hofstra University and his MBA from Pace University.
