Kevin Walsh is a Managing Director at GCA and senior member of the firm’s software and M&A team. Kevin has 17 years of experience providing strategic advice to boards and management teams of technology businesses and has worked on a variety of transaction types and advisory assignments for both public and private company clients. Over the course of his career, Kevin has advised on more than 50 transactions representing an aggregate transaction value of approximately $15 billion. Kevin holds a BSE from Princeton University.
